How to make a booking

It's easy from here.  Once you have selected a home that looks interesting and appears to suit your personal needs, simply press the icon that says "add to cart" and when ready to send your enquiry, simply press the icon that reads "send inquiry".  Complete the template that comes up (in the case of private homes) or an e-mail in the case of the commercial establishments. We'll check the availability for you (this might take a day or two) and reply to you with an accompanying reservation form and confirmation of the rental rates applying to the period that suits you.
 

 
Note 1: For rentals of our selection of private homes we are both advertisers and managing agents of the property - the tenant deals with us throughout the following process:
 
If this is to your satisfaction, we will ask you to complete the form and send it back to us. Once all the detail is checked again, you'll be sent an invoice for the deposit together with the signed agreement and asked to pay the deposit within 48 hours by direct bank transfer, either through your bank or via the internet. We regret that credit cards are not acceptable for this purpose.
 
Our standard procedure is to obtain written agreement from both tenant and home owner, in this way both parties are fully aware of the agreement..wouldn't it be a disaster if there was a misunderstanding on dates!
 

 
Note 2: For commercial and Bed n' Breakfast establishments we do not participate in the actual booking process, this is done directly with the establishment.
