Description
SEA SPRAY CHALET is a luxuriously furnished, 3 bedroomed apartment situated in the eco-sensitive Capricorn Beach Development, on the beachfront.

The partially enclosed garden has space for a braai and it will be provided if so requested.

The ground floor composes of entrance foyer, guest toilet and the main bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The main bedroom has a sliding door opening onto the front enclosure facing the beach. It has a queen size bed, built in cupboards with a safe for valuables.

The top floor has the remaining 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom with bath. The north facing room has a double bed, clock radio, and built-in cupboards and a glorious view of the mountains. The south facing bedroom has 2 single beds, built-in cupboards, TV, dvd player, mini Hi-Fi and an unobstructed view of False Bay.

The 2nd floor living area is characterised by its large glass sliding doors and clear view of Fynbos covered dunes, Sunrise Beach and the warm Indian Ocean. Furnishings include a flatscreen TV, MNet satellite decoder (bring your card), surround sound DVD player and accompanying collection of series dvd's (CSI etc.). A small, 4-seater dining area and fully equipped kitchen with hob, mini oven, and fridge/freezer.

Attractions

It has arguably the best location in the complex, having unobstructed views of the False Bay from Cape Hangklip, Seal Island, The coast from Muizenberg to Simonstown and the Cape Point Peninsula on one side and the Constantiaberg range, its historic winelands, through to the back of Table Mountain on the other.

As winter draws to a close the South Atlantic whales arrive and can be seen broaching and frolicking behind the surf line. The beach is a 3 minute walk across the protected dunes via a boardwalk, a right turn and 10 minute walk will bring you to the historic and famous Bathing Boxes of Muizenberg, the village, the rejuvenated beachfront with its restaurants and shops and world famous surfers corner.

Turning left offers miles and miles of white sands and as much fresh air as you could wish for. The retail centre offers windsurfing and surf lessons.
 

Special Features

Capricorn Beach has a distinctive village feel and design and offers access control secure fencing. Facilitie include a swimming pool a few paces from the front door, and alongside the complex there is a convenience store, laundrette, take-away outlets and some mixed retail.

The apartment has the owners collection of original artworks and fine furnishings. The main bathroom has a shower and a Jacuzzi bath. The lounge has DStv, DVD player, PS3. There are games and movies on shelf for all ages.

How to get there


To get to Muizenberg from either the N1 or N2 freeways, follow the signage directing you to the M3 (Also known as the Blue Route).

This dual carriage way will head south to end in a T-junction, at this intersection turn left into Steenberg Road. Follow Steenberg to the next set of traffic lights. This is also a T-junction. Turn right into the Main road (M4) and proceed into Muizenberg itself. At the Traffic lights turn left into Beach Road (R310) and follow this road to Sunrise Circle. Take the second exit in the circle and proceed along Baden Powell to the next circle. Take the first exit and enter Spurwing Crescent. The first road to the Left is Sandpiper Crescent and it ends at the gates to the Sandpiper Mews complex.
