There are 2 units downstairs which are let out separately.

Two Bedroom Flatlet:
Double bed and two single bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge with TV/DSTV, patio with Jacuzzi and BBQ / Braai area.

En-suite open plan bedroom:
Double bed, en-suite bathroom, bar fridge, TV/DSTV, kettle and patio area. The facilities are cosy, well secured with secured parking on site, a remote controlled alarm- and gate access system, that offers you free access 24 hours a day.

How to get there

Take the R27 / West Coast road to Langebaan and/or West Coast National Park turnoff. Turn into Oostewal Road (or Park Road if you transit via the West Coast National Park). Follow Sunbird drive until you reach Felicia Crescent and next turn into Caudata Close.

ACCOMMODATION UNWIND is indicated as Number 19 on a panhandle on your left.
