Barry Guest House - Robertson, Western Cape

Guest Farm, Self Catering, Wine Farm Accommodation

Description
Barry Guest House is the original main house on the Riverton farm. This authentic, olde world charm reflects the Barry heritage with the original brass bell from the Kadie schooner built on the Clyde in Scotland in 1859 greeting you on entry.

To the manor born - relax in the shade of the veranda with it's magnificent views of the horse paddocks, vines and the Langeberg mountain on those hot summer days or paddle-ski on the Breede river or the farm dam.

Fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering with gas oven, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher with intimate breakfast room attached. Breakfast and/or cleaning staff are available as an optional extra. Lounge, diningroom and family room, the latter both have a fireplace to warm you on those cold Klein Karoo evenings. The family room has a flat screen TV for full DSTV viewing and space for a good game of table tennis and also iPod and iPhone docking station.

Barry House has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 14 people.
Children under 12 must please be accompanied by an adult when exploring the farm, as the horses are not tame. (Horse-riding can be organised for you on a nearby farm.)

Barry House will be made available for your exclusive use on confirmation of booking.
